Our Service Team has 40 years experience working with all types of office machines including binders, laminators, printers, copiers, shredders and collators.
We have a team of engineers that work both in-house and on-site. We also operate a range of different maintenance service levels. We will always advise you of the best level for your fault.
One off charge based on your call out. We charge a standard call out fee which includes the first hour of work. Our average servicing time is 39 minutes and if your machine is unable to be fixed on-site we will uplift it to the workshop for repair and return it to you as soon as possible. Any parts required will be quoted for before fitting. We will only proceed with your full approval to avoid any unsatisfactory charges. Upon inspection, if a machine is unrepairable or beyond economic repair, we will advise you of the best course of action.

Commencing immediately when a new machine is installed, this plan is charged on “cost per copy” basis at an agreed rate. This service level typically includes all costs for callouts, labour, maintenance, and all consumables as required throughout the standard 5year term. Really you are covered for everything except paper.
